Founded in 2014, TX Capital (HK) Limited (“TX Capital”) is an alternative investment management firm based in Hong Kong. We manage capital for institutional investors, including endowments & foundations, as well as family office and high net worth individuals around the globe. TX Capital is licensed by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong to conduct Type 9 regulated activities in Hong Kong.

TX Capital invests predominantly in the Chinese public equity markets. We employ a fundamental, bottom-up and multi-year investment approach. Leveraging our in-depth understanding of Chinese businesses and rigorous financial analysis, we aim to identify high-quality companies at attractive valuation.
